Voice Actor Needed for depressing narration!

I'm working on a little project right now that requires narration. The script is just an inner mologue, and only about 400 words- though I should say that I need the audio by Sunday this week at the very latest....if possible.

I understand that's a pretty tall order, so please PM anyway if you're interested, but just can't make the deadline.

The gender doesn't really matter, but the voice needs to be emotional, serious, kinda sad and a tiny, tiny bit shaky.

If you're interested please PM me with a voice reel or just a clip of you talking in a voice kinda like I described above (preferably on NG) and I'll send you over the script!

If you're wondering, the game is a platformer, though the writing/narration is in a similar kinda vein to a game I made last month called Alone in the Comsos (http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/659025).

so since i'm new to voice acting and willing to give this a shot i have a few questions.

does it matter that i'm dutch? (since i may have an accent)

can i upload a voice reel to youtube as a hidden vid and send you a link since i dont know how all other websites work? (alternativly you can give me a site that's easy to upload to)

in what kind of setting would you like this voice to talk?
seeing as it's a serious, sad and shaky voice, do you want a hopeless pre suicide voice?
or a veteran who's seen some horrible things?
what's your preference?

Sure, that's fine! Just PM me a link :) The story is basically about a teenager who realises there's no meaning to life, so any of the settings you described would suit the voice great.
